I'd agree that no cupping but tilted looks most satisfactory of those options.1 -

You might try just a little bit of incline and/or a little bit of cupping, so that the overall effect remains straight but the contour continues the liveliness of the rest of the letter.4 -

they don't have any of the structure or rhythm of letters I often feel that way about uppercase!1 -
